CLASS DESCRIPTION AND EQUIPMENT


DANCE FITNESS

An aerobic fitness program designed to stimulate the cardiovasular system. This program features music and movements from across the globe.


FACE FITNESS

Exercise and massage of face, neck and chest muscles to enhance one’s overall appearance.


CHAIR FITNESS

Movement and exercise done primarily in a stationary chair. Excellent class for those who are sedentary or have limited mobility. All fitness levels can benefit from this class.


MUSCLE UP

Strength training workout using various workout equipment.


EQ BARS 

Strength training and deep stretching class using official LEBERT® Equalizer Bars.

POUND FITNESS

STRETCH & FLEX/SLUMBER STRETCH

Creative stretching, focused movements and deep breathing to increase flexibility and range of motion.


REBOUND CLASS

A full body workout that mixes cardio and muscular endurance. The cardio jumping strengthens your heart and lungs and boosts lymphatic circulation (which helps filter out toxins in the body). Jumping down into the rebounder works your core and legs. It's low-impact so it's kind to joints.
